           The Top Five Reasons Why Learning is Important in The Workplace:

                       

1: Learning in the workplace help us to GROW mentally, emotionally and physically. And wherever there’s growth in any organization, innovation definitely going to be there. It will also help us to learn a thing or two or three or more.

2: In the workplace we learn from our mistakes, we can’t ever learn anything without making an error or mistake.  At least some people learn that way or given that opportunity to try and see if this is something they can do. Making these mistakes is only an opportunity for growth not failure. No one should be turned out for making errors, they should just learn the right or other alternative ways of doing things right in the work place.
